This Handling file aims to improve the high speed maneuverability and a realistic-ish sound for KIMPAW's Mini Cooper JCW GP 2020.

There is a top speed in the excess of 165mph, similar to the real car, and a bit tail happy, for those looking to drift, Braking and the bad suspension issues have been fixed too. The handling is similar to the go kart like handling of the JCW GP

@ArmaniAdnr Covid-19 has made me stuck in a foreign country,and I don't have access to my PC, I made this on my laptop, and the thing really can't handle recording, hopefully someone else here can do it
