@sxf88 well i can't figure that out because it literally works for me and others who seem to have downloaded this..
for reference i use v2372 to guarantee that all the mods i want to use work

@Anastasov04 nope, its a fixed timing by the game. some cars may take longer to start but thats because they have trouble starting.
@sxf88 have you tried version 1.0b?

@Nathan Ferdinand you can transplant the horn from the Alfa 2.9 V6 yourself with OpenIV, just copy the HORN2_LOOP HORN2_TAIL files along with their OAC data.

@DinopopsxD ive heard of this before but never really found the core issue, it has never happened since on newer mods though.
