Cayo Perico Refined ensures the island feels more enjoyable with removed invisible barriers, use of dynamic doors for the El Rubio mansion, plus an opened gate for the mansion to allow vehicle access and much more. The mod also includes removal of invisible barriers outside the beach party area where the wired fences are located, the back of the DJ stage for the beach party zone & also removed all invisible barriers for boats so you can now crash into the terrain without an invisible wall blocking you from doing so.
Installation
Let's begin by installing the mod and getting into the basics. Please make sure to have Simple Trainer and ScriptHookV already installed. These are required to load the Cayo Perico map. If you do not have them acquired please install them now.
#1. Launch OpenIV
#2. Copy "spcayopatch" from the ZIP contents to the following file path 'Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks'
#2. Open update.rpf in 'Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf'
#3. Head to the following file path 'Grand Theft Auto
V\update\update.rpf\common\data'
#4. Open dlclist.xml
#5. Add the following entity to the file
<dlcpacks:/spcayopatch/>
#6. Please open the game and enable MP maps in Simple Trainer to load the Cayo Perico map (please make sure to update to the latest version of Simple Trainer!)

In Simple Trainer, Go to :
1/ Teleporting => Others Teleports => Enable MP Maps = Enabled
2/ Teleporting => Others Teleports => MP Heist 4 Teleports (Enable MP Maps Option) => Cayo Perico together with LOS SANTOS => Enabled
Et voilà ! Cayo Perico appear in South East now in map

I currently load the IPLs to go to the island and not use the native. The interior of the Hanger is currently missing and I cannot enable with any IPLs I find. Do you have any suggestions as I want to keep it that you can fly to Cayo without the island popping in.
@VideoTech UK I understand that this is the best version of the mod compared to others? how about the idea to revive the island itself, i.e. add animal life, let's say there sharks, whales, dolphins, killer whales, panthers, wild boars? )

The map shows up but the physical island doesn't show.. its just a massive grey void. and I drop straight through the map when I teleport and when using a plane.. any tips on how to solve this?

Is the underwater tunnel top hatch only accessible through the cutscene, so no interior that connects the tunnel and mansion?
@VideoTech_ i have issued with the aircraft carrier after install this mod . the aircraft carrier just missing textures how do i fix it ?

For anyone curious, in my instance the crash is because i deleted <Item>dlcpacks:/mpsmuggler/</Item> from dlclist to mute the wiper sound from the mod you know.
For those lazy to go back and read, enabling mp maps was crashing the trainer, or actually anything that tried to enable mp maps.

Works perfectly but I have pink water. I also experience frame loss when I look at the pink water, but run 60+ FPS otherwise.
Everything works for me, you can see the island on the minimap but I can't see the island, I see a void in the sea
