Welcome to Improvements in Visuals! This is the first version of a graphics enhancer that only touches timecycle weather.
There have been many new features and revitalized visuals that have been touched for a more realistic approach to Los Santos.
These include higher specular intensity on reflections in rain or water such as clothes, rocks, and many other environments affected.
The lighting has been improved for a more realistic look.
Sun light has been changed from the unrealistic yellow color to a more recognizable white that is seen when you stare at the sun.
The sky color has been edited for a more realistic tone, with darker tones in most cases.
Sun rays have been increased during the morning and late afternoon times.
Lights across Los Santos have been increased during the night, especially on reflections.
More features include, more foam in water, realistic nights, and more!
Version 1.1 features:
Blueish tint is now replace with more whitish natural tint.
Blue tint lighting is now given it's own preset
Water Reflections increased in both country and city.
Fog fixed in some areas.
Lighting problems fixed in country.
Blood splatter textures added.
Blood splatter when shot textures added.
More bugs fixed.
Optional features include better, high resolution clouds that have been shaded and upscaled.
Also included are different grass textures that are a little more natural but a little bit noise ridden.
Thank you for downloading this mod and I hope you enjoy it!

Updated screenshots are from version 1.2 which will be hitting up soon after approval.
@Bravercoolio simple, but nice, I have some suggestions though, it would be better if you make the tint/lighting a little bit yellowish, rather than white, keep up the good work
@Reyser Okay, Thanks sir, sorry about the arguments.
@MikePhilips I'll try out that yellow tint, right now it's just a matter of trying out different lighting presets, but yellow is currently what im testing.
@Bravercoolio are clouds vanilla? or have u changed them?
@4non7mou5 The cloud textures themselves are upscaled but the colors of the clouds have been changed to lookmore natural.
how install 😭
The daytime is looking really nice
I am not sure whether to get this or rage enhancer.
@Bravercoolio Love the mod, but how would I tone down the sun rays and change the distant white lights back to yellow? In terms of the rays, they're essentially going through walls https://i.imgur.com/Jz7MtbZ.jpg https://i.imgur.com/D0MkcgF.jpg https://i.imgur.com/j1yPpWT.jpg
@NaijaMango Yeah, the sunrays in this mod were pretty unbearable, but I stopped updating this mod after a while because I focused on a more "updated" version of the mod, better known as RAGEnhancer. If you want you can check that out and see what you think because this mod is pretty old and unreliable.
@Bravercoolio Well I've already edited my timecycle to high hell with you settings as a base, so what lines control the sun rays and sky colour?
@NaijaMango it should be the one called light_ray and sky_zenith and azimuth settings
best visual mod without doubt¡
dude what happened to RAGEnhancer
What kind of timecycles files do you edit for better drawdistance and no fog? Please let me know for fivem if possible! thanks!@
does this still work?
Greetings,
In the night time, some city lights are too bright. Is there a way to change that?
Makes the game looks better & and run faster. Best part, it only requires 1 file modification!
Found a wierd visual bug: when first person in car, certain vehicles cause a motion-blur/bokeh effect for player. This is highly distracting when playing the game. I've observed this issue occuring outside of fp, but much less likely and less noticeable.
@Lil_Wuzy there's a mod that removes the motion blur in first person btw
Do you know how to remove the blood that comes out of an NPC when he gets run over or falls from a height? It's like blood smoke.
