Gear shifting animation with shifting sounds for vehicles and bikes, inspirated by Hunks old mod which sadly doesn't work anymore.
Features (configurable through the ini file)
-Gear Shifting Animation for vehicles and
-bikes (can be turned off; shifting with hands or leg)
-If you shift multiple times in a short time, the animation still only play once. The feature is shown in the video I added.
-The animation are changeable in the ini file, you can use your own animation or the one you like the most from the examples (Read the PDF file for the instruction)
-Compatibility with Manual Transmission by ikt (Automatic detection)
If you use it with ManualTransmission, you must have at least version 5.5.1
-Compatibility with different Gearboxes(bike and vehicle): Automatic, Sequential, H-Pattern (Only with ManualTransmission)
-Automatically detectable RHD/LHD and automatically changing shift animation(Full credit goes to ikt for sharing his code with me)
-Left and Right hand wheel Compatibility/Shifting Animations
-Shifting Sounds for each vehicle gear
-Shifting Sounds for the motorcycle gears
-Sound will be louder in first person than in other view modes
-Current gear text and Manual Transmission information text

Oh there we go. Guess I had the wrong ScriptHook file since it works now and the HUD pops up. Though, is it meant to play the animation each time one shifts, or just between reverse and first gear?
@Indoraptor If you want to have different type of gearboxes you have to install Manual Transmission by ikt

Oh. So I can't have the shifting animation play for each gear if I have the manual transmission mod installed, got it.
@Indoraptor I’m not sure, bud… just saying how it is for me.
@indoraptor @Wolfx101 without the Manual Transmission mod it will shift for each gear. With the Manual Transmission mod you have 3 types of different gearboxes (Automatic, Sequential, H-Pattern). In automatic mode it will only shift for reverse, neutral and 1st gear. In sequential and H-Pattern mod it will shift for each gears.
@Burkiolmi Can you make it shift for every gear in automatic please?
@Wolfx101 Then you can either unistall Manual transmission or in manual transmission menu choose Disable MT.
Also if you use ManualTransmission, in which gearbox type you play (Automatic,Sequential,H-Pattern)?
My mod is compatible with different gearboxes with ManualTransmission installed.
I won't make it shift for every gear in automatic mode, because (In automatic gearboxes you still have to shift, but only when changing from neutral, reverse or drive)
If you want that it shifts itself you can click on disable MT in ManualTransmission Menu and it will shift from itself.

You should try to add that sway animation from GTA IV when you turn your car, you know how your character leans to the opposite direction your turning a car in IV.
