hello this is my first euphoria mod I don't try for realism I want gta 4 and max Payne euphoria
BUGS: Currently there is not any bug
INSTALL: drag and drop the OIV in open iv and press the mods folder and wait for it to install and that's it.
FIXED BUGS: Stun gun!, and force of big guns
CHANGELOG: 1.0 first release.
1.1 way better reactions (like always).
fixed stun gun
1.2: decreased the assault rifle force a little.
better reactions. (like always)
1.3: Massive update.
I finally fixed the force of big guns. Better balancing. Better reactions
better head shots
and overall, a big rework of the mod
1.4: Peds now hold their wounds when shot.
Balancing is different they don't just slump down anymore when shot a couple times.
Better reactions (like always).
Neck shots are more brutal.
More features you can find when you install.

1.4 is under admin approval right now expect it to be done in about a couple days to a week.
when the update is finished with admin approval you will notice that the reactions have changed a lot from last update so what happened was I wanted to redo the whole mod so I redid it from scratch and now the reactions are far more exaggerated and also the balancing is better and peds can now take more shots and not fall down
you got the reactions just about right maybe some heaviness can't do wrong when the NPCs drop other than that good mod
Could you post a video on how the euphoria looks?

hey how can i uninstall this mod i just wanna change it because theres no stumbling when shot
@blkzero hmm thats weird that theres no stumbling but to uninstall you can either delete your mods folder
or go to where the physics task is and get it from your original update folder not in the mods folder and you get it and replace i will reply with the path soon.
I like the way they react with full auto weapons. Reminds me of Max Payne 3
