No More Eye Adaption v1.2

This mod file fixes the disgusting problem of screen dimming/flickering whenever you pass by any source of light in-game. It removes the eye adaptation effect which is what causes the dimming of your screen.
If you replace your visualsettings with the one I provided then not only do you get rid of eye adaption to remove flickering, you also get brighter emergency lights!
The first screenshot shows me directly below a street light which normally would make my screen go darker when I drive by it and then go back to normal again, but with this mod, when you drive by any light like a streetlight or traffic light for example, it will not dim, therefore making the overall experience much more realistic and less annoying and gets rid of rockstar's eyesore.
V1.2 CRUCIAL UPDATE!! Updated visualsettings.dat file as values were incorrect from the readme. Please download V1.2!

THANK U for this ...MY NVE/LA REVO was driving me nuts with this i was wondering if the mod had anything to do with it now i see it fixed it thank you again
That wasn't really a problem
Glad I wasn't the only one experiencing that
may u please post vid?
@Preston So getting some interesting stuff here https://i.imgur.com/CO4a9F2.jpg This appears to happen at random and pausing the game seems to fix it https://i.imgur.com/7GogmTP.jpg
Does all these mods work online pc?.
@ANONYMOUS141 no not gta online only for story mode
@gman847 already did! It is in the photos as a video and I show how to install it :)
@N. Man haha yeah I don't know why rockstar would do that but it is really defined when you use graphics mods especially. Even on bone stock gta it still is really bad.
@Lapd Code 3 no problem! I hated it too and always thought it was a graphics bug until I found out gta actually had it built into the game so I made it GONE FOREVER >:DDD
@N. Man interesting...are you sure it is the mod? If so, try to replace the visualsettings.dat file back to the one you had before installing this mod and then going into your old visualsettings file and change the values that are listed in the "how to install" text file that was included in the zip. Hope this helps!
so i was having a weird issue with firing guns around bright lights on vehicles, like my adaptation goes crazy. heres a video: https://youtu.be/V605bBWr0Sk
@blutato that is very strange. Maybe double check the values and make sure they are exactly how they are in the readme including every digit even repeated 0's. They are very important
@blutato if you updated any of your other visual mods please reinstall this mod by changing the values manually again. Your other mods override these values which is why you have to redo it if you did.
I have the issue as well with the brightness sometime being too bright or dark. Switching camera views fixes it and maybe pausing the game fixes it as well. How can I fix this.
@xAbvAllx Ki11er not sure but it doesn't happen to me. Might have installed it weird. Try to install it manually with the instructions i provided in the readme file and use your visualsettings.dat that you had before not mine. Use your visualsettings.dat file and then go into it in edit mode and change the things that I listed you should change for manual installation in the txt file. Hope this fixes it!
eye adapration looks good and realistic, u did it boring
seems light the ''White'' is still extremely shinning to the point it makes our eyes blind D:
The visualsettings.dat lines mentioned doesn't work for me..
I'm using NVE + ENB and have Bright Emergency lights installed. When the emergency lights are on, screen still gets dimmed and flickering even after replacing the lines in visualsettings.dat.
When I use the default visualsettings.dat files from NVE, I don't have the issue, but than I have other flickering issues (like sky flickering adaptation, in Rockstar editor)
