This house has a rain ambient feture e.g. raindrops on the windows (inside) or water running down the house.
so let it rain when you are in the mood!
For a cozy atmosphere i made the interior a bit darker so relax!
This feature is based on "weather based YMAP". so choose RAIN or THUNDER with Menyoo, just go to the pause menu of GTA and back into the game.
now you should see a difference.

INSTALL:
1. Run OpenIV
2. Drag and drop the folder "modern_wood_house_1a" in the following path "mods\update\x64\dlcpacks"
3. Go to "mods\update\update.rpf\common\data" open "dlclist.xml" and add the line "dlcpacks:/modern_wood_house_1a/"
4. Drag and drop all files from "ReplaceFiles" folder in the following path "mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpapartment\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\_hills\cityhills_02\cityhills_02_metadata"

@Crazyboy4881 i was able to convert with codewalker but when i walk in the front door my game crashes any fix? is it because im not using a game config?

@Crazyboy4881 dont know what is but for me after 5minutes game crashes do you run any scripts on enhanced? maybe my script modes is the issue

@PDQEman it could be that or the gameconfig, since it uses more vram and my vram is a 3080 12gb.

For those that are using RDE or similar mods, go to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/rde/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/_hills/cityhills_02/cityhills_02_metadata.rpf and add the "replacefiles" in there, they're overwriting the files from the vanilla game with these

@BigShaqNOKetchup New update has vegetation clipping through the ground in front of the garage, doesn't seem to be fixed by using the "ReplaceFiles" :/

Fixed it by taking "ch2_instance_placement.rpf" from x64o and replacing the file with the same name found in in the mpappartment folder found in dlc_patch in update.rpf

Awesome Mod! I saw in a earlier post that in order to remove the wooden fence i would have to delete the RDE and w something folder from my DLC packs. i dont have those folders. is there any other remedy?

I would like to clarify that the heart of this house is the night + rain ambience.
it should not be a huge villa but a "normal" house for 2 people. so do not expect too much!
Check it out at night because only then it unfolds all its atmosphere.
I would also like to recommend this mod, which serves as a nice addition to the house.
