I think they mean that you need a better description. What exactly does this mod do? How does it do it? Does it add any cars, modify any?, etc.

As for the mod.. It's fun and i was waiting for something like this, unfortunately driving into oncoming traffic makes my game crash faster than all my other mods combined. Did you only change the weight? i might turn it down a little and see if that helps.

This mod makes it so that whenever you crash, the vehicle you crash into explodes, according to the video.
I have no idea why the screenshots are so misleading and why they use Native Trainer, though.
