For some reason after the update files labeled 'police' won't install??

Hey mate, having trouble getting this vehicle to work in the 'POLICE3' slot as the emergency vehicles appear to float when in this slot. I've asked Double Doppler for help also on Steam, waiting for a response. Any idea how to fix?
