Here is probably one of the most famous APC for GTA V: The M113. Used extensively during Vietnam and the decades after, it was (and still is) in use with dozens of countries.
This mod aims to bring the M113 in Vietnam era looks to GTA V. It includes 3 different US army liveries (one blank and 2 with additional art on them) as well as one livery for the PAVN.
Multiple people can sit in the back and one passenger can man the .50 cal turret. Extras include 2 different sets of extra equipment mounted along the chassis.
The wavebreaker at the front can be folded up and down like a convertible roof. Doors and driver + gunner hatches can be opened.

By the way, about the era of the Vietnam War. In my opinion, modding for GTA 5 undeservedly neglects such an iconic car as MUTT Ford M151 of various modifications (at least I have not found this model anywhere). As well as its predecessors, starting with Willys MB (there are a few models, but in quality they are far from the perfection of your work). The Winky on Cayo Perico implies a Willys MB or Ford GPW. In the same category I would add also Dodge WC-51 and Studebaker US6, which also, as I think, are very worthy of attention.
And yes, since we are talking about military jeeps, it is probably impossible not to mention here the model, with which HUMVEE started 40 years ago - M998. On the same Cayo Perico Mammoth Squaddie along with the Winky are clearly in need of replacement real models.
