1.Drop bobcatxl4 folder to update\x64\dlcpacks
2.Edit dlc list from update\update.rpf\common\data
3.add this line to dlcpacks:dlcpacks:\bobcatxl4\
4.save and replace it
Spawn bobcatxl4
Installation Replace
1. Start OpenIV
2. Go to: GTA V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday16ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
3. Enable Edit Mode and replace the downloaded YFT/YTD files

The location "GTA V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday16ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf" only has the Technical and the dodo, should totally update your description :)
On the add on can it haul trailers

a) the "bed" has no collision
b) the rear doors and body have holes (missing mesh)
