-faster acceleration

update: normal acceleration and high acceleration options

-minor issue: the car are clipping through the ground at higher speeds , but is a little bit only

@s0urc3 so, no, this handling is for fix wheels clipping, and increase or decrease some aspects, I used as reference P.CARS and some real Aston videos, but this gta v handling is hard to reach some good results, you like it?
