Can I use lemon UI instead of Native UI?

I just installed this morning.
I put the DLC.rpf file in "Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks"

This is a replacement for NativeUI correct? So I shouldn't use both?

@NoHz That's right, the lights are on but they don't illuminate like normal headlights at night.

Also, headlights don't work at night.
