@1199 Go to your GTA root folder and delete DamageEngine.asi and DamageEngine.ini. I've also found these files cause a bug where I would get instant heal from melee attacks, making me invincible. Not sure what individual feature in this dll is the soruce of that bug, but I'm searching.
Can you upload the individual .awc files instead of having the complete .rpf file ? I'm using other mods that modify those files so I can't overwrite the whole file (STREAMED_AMBIENCE specifically).
For anyone having trouble loading up the mod, if it crashes on launch, refer to a previous answer by mod creator: you need to have a custom gameconfig or you can edit your already existing gameconfig file located at located at <GTA V>\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\gameconfig.xml and change the values of StaticBounds and
DwdStore to 20000. This worked for me.
Also, if you want to use the Flora Enhancements: Autumn version mod, you have to know that the orange/redish color of the trees does not load from far away on the added forest trees (though it might be possible to circumvent this issue by modifying some files), so I personally have disabled Flora Enhancements while using Forests of San Andreas.
@WolfFire23309 Okay, I haven't seen running zombies in my testing so I didn't know if it was working or not. It's a bit boring that walking zombies are silent, but at least it's still working. Thanks for your reply.
Good, but you don't actually see the melee weapon you want to use. You're just punching instead of using a knife, baseball bat, or whatever melee weapon you equipped before taking a bike. Kicking works, but only affects peds.

Mod didn't work for me, radar just looked like a very zoomed in and blurry regular radar, and the map didn't change.

I've tried using this mod's vehicle mud textures without success. This mod might be out of date.
It increases the saturation and also makes days too bright.
