is there an instruction on where to edit vehicles.meta ? Instructions include everything except that part and youtube video I thought showed it is made private
@GJ1996 way around the eyebrows that takes some steps... go to where you uploaded the head_diff model into OPENIV > double click onto it >below select export selected > where it says SAVE AS TYPE below file name select PNG & extract into the selected folder > (You can use Paint3D, Pixlr or Photoshop)> I click on saved PNG with edit with Paint3D > here you can use the *dropper* below "custom" to select the skin tone on the face put opacity between 25-40% and get rid of the eyebrows. I do this on all mod faces where eyebrows are a bit high. Hope this helps. Mods delete if not allowed.
I like the idea. But if you could one day do it by stars that would be great. Be able to adjust where police responding at 3-5 or 4-5 stars are equipped with rifles.
@GJ1996 you can pick a skin tone that matches. For example instead of the recommended download file, I replaced mine with head_diff_025_a_lat to match more a darker skin tone than pale.
@Jxzhi mine was just an alternate. You're not saying you couldn't find his original pathway he'd given right? I'm not the author. Only posted it because my game didn't have the pathway he provided.
