@Damanwhosdagreat You gotta change Franklin's Head/Face Texture in game with a trainer, I recommend Downloading The Enhanced Native Trainer by arewenotmen and others when you have the trainer up in game go to Player > Player Appearance > Modify Current Skin > Slot 1: Head/Face > Drawable #0 then select Texture #1 and you will see that Franklin's face texture will change from is old face to the new face. If you did replace all the head files then all the face should look like the new face mod not just Texture #1.
