@TCRL What do you mean "Keep it simple" and why is that a requirement? Are you having issues generating a pack? If you found a car that's "too complicated" please let me know.

@ModEmPuncher Depending on what you mean by messed up. If it can be fixed then I'll attempt. This covered lots of parsing errors, but GTA is more forgiving on XML errors than Python. But for Python parsing, this has fixed every error I've encountered downloading random cars. So far this will completely rebuild vehiclelayouts and carcols from items, others metas are simply merged.
@writtninblood Thanks. The REL should work but all other sounds are in WAV but I believe Enhanced is in mp3.
