so i installed the mod it popped on property manager but it doesn't load the house
so at first it was crashing on me but then i found way for it to work and it loaded just fine
@Michael21107 So the same thing was happening to me wat i did was i took all my stg files out and then put the 100% in there so its the only one and forced to use it
