This mod allows you to open closest to the player door on any vehicle or building,
for example, cargo bay door on a plane or ammunation door.
Press 'Page Up' (LT on Xbox) to toggle the closest door. You can change control in the INI file. https://docs.fivem.net/docs/game-references/controls/
Changes in version 1.1:
The help message pops and says what control to press to toggle the door when next to the vehicle.
Changes in version 1.2:
Not shows help while in the vehicle.
Changes in version 1.3:
More responsive to controls.
Changes in version 1.4:
Opens building doors.
Changes in version 1.5:
Opens prison gates.
Changes in version 1.6:
It only opens doors you look at.
Proximity is reduced and configurable in INI.
Help message shows less often.
Changes in version 1.7:
Fixed bug when not opening doors you look at while inside the vehicle.
Added setting to unlock locked doors in INI.
Installation:
Install these if you don't have them.

Then, drop this ASI & INI file in your GTA V directory.

@rechkunov I don't know why the pop constantly appears on the top.
Agreed with the above, I have a lot of instances where the Prompt will appear in the corner even if I'm not near or looking at a car. Is it sensing other cars in that direction? Also, sometimes it simply doesn't work and doors won't open
Yo bro i tested your mod but I think it is colliding with some other mods bcz when I try to open the door it spawns 4 girls with a car who constantly keep firing at me

Could you add an option of disabling opening of locked car doors? This mod is cool in its simplicity, but i don't want it to be a cheat mod.

@p_han_tom select the control you need in this table: https://docs.fivem.net/docs/game-references/controls/#controls, then edit the INI file and change 208 to yours.

WTF it just spawns people in a car trying to kill me
@GamerX1218 likely it is some other mod you have an issue with. This mod spawns nothing. Try to change the control in the ini file.
@GamerX1218 yea I'm getting the same response, even when I do change the controls they don't seem to register during gameplay.
@nj5050 some controls have multiple indexes, try different once and see what works

So this mod still works but only once for me. I can open/close all doors on a car. Once I get in the car and back out I can no longer open any door on any car.
