@RickyMiu Issue most likely is tied to your latest use of SHVDN, try downgrading if possible or just disable the Heli unit if you intend on using it(see my comments for solutions above from users with similar problem).

Btw, for those who may not be aware, but nothing is truly offline AI, it will always be corp. linked, unless you can engineer your own LLM's without them(nearly impossible without significant resources), otherwise never assume true unmonitored/unsupervised independence.
@kick12134 If there isn't a SHVDN error log registering this kind of error, then this not related to this mod but conflicts on your end, for whatever reason.
@kick12134 Yes placing a 0 value to the unit spawn count would make them not show up, its the same as disabling the unit. You can also control the frequency at which the general dispatches occur as well, if you still want those other units to still show up.
As for that error, its a seldom occurring one & should be fixed on the next upcoming update. It occurs when the ini info doesn't properly share the mods vehicle/ped models to the game causing a object null response. Simply making sure the ini setting entries are written correctly & spawnable to begin with, mitigates this error from happening most of the time.
@kick12134 Are you on the Enhanced game version?
If not, simply make sure your ini settings for ped/vehicle unit model entries, are correct, entered correctly & spawnable. Then restart the game & see if it helped.
