Although I am a little disappointed to see you say good-bye, I was hoping a 'Wayne Manor' would of been the last Epic project you completed for us hungry mod consumers :)
@Kreck@Kreck For utilizing the military & Feds only, without the Police at sixth star, wouldn't be so easily possible, since the Police (& pretty much everything else except army), are operating under a 5 star wanted game logic and not actually a sixth star.
For this scenario to take hold, the game dispatch.meta file (& few others I believe) would need to be re-coded to a Native Sixth star, which would add an extra white star on screen for the sixth, instead of the currently used non-native Sixth star method.
However performing such feat is an exhausting endeavor, because we're dealing with significant other variables that are inter-connected, which would have to also be ported to the Sixth stars, hence why many don't take this chance and those who do, run the risk of untold unexpected errors mounting, and units not always following there script properly, thus more fatal errors occurring
@fareediraqi92 Ok the in game Graphics settings looks appropriate. But you're saying as soon as you exit out that menu, the sixth star appears crooked huh?
It may seem there's maybe more going on here that I need to investigate, I'll to checkout my own settings for review. Also what about the ingame "Display Setting" option, does it look correct.
Now pertaining to the Tanks (specifically labeled as, Army Tanks), they only spawn under specific conditions, which can be seen & found in your Vb (visual basic) script mod when opened as text editor.
I believe they only currently spawn, when you're, as the wanted game player, are in a vehicle, like sedan or large size vehicles. Ideally you could change or add additional conditions for them to spawn under, if you know what you're doing.
P.s. Don't forget about its other compliment that goes alongside it, namely the "AirForce Intercept When Wanted w/ Sixstar" Mod.

As your one of the fewest people who have come forward with a 4k Res showing this problem. Although I too use 4k res. I did however make sure to use it alone, without any other supplemental scalable options (for those with Nvidia Control Panel option features). So I'm using it while my in-game graphic res is set purely on 4k, everything on Ultra setting. so no scalable enhancements enabled of such.
The Gold Star positioning values (ones in the Army folder) have worked out fairly well for me & others too.
However I see you're facing an issue with positioning of the sixth star, which is way out of alignment. What monitor screen resolution are using & did you check out the other recommendations size inputs, for screen resolutions that are not of 1080p?

@radd Yo Bro, this kind of mod I get really excited about, & greatly needed in the Modding community.
With that said, is it possible to get the file size optimized, possibly compressed a bit, 135mb size is pretty steep :(

Now what is your in-game resolution did you set it up as, 4k or something lower?
Your in-game resolution needs to also be set as 4k (3840x2160), & not something lower, this could be the reason the 6th star is misaligned.
