Here's a screenshot for you, for the skeletal model to work correctly, the skeleton must be positioned correctly, relative to the proportions of the model itself, and you don't have a single joint that matches the joints of the model, I'm not saying that the pelvic bones are somewhere in the area of the knees, and the bones of the hands are in the air at all.
