@Teco Looks nice, but even original Jay Garrick was wearing tighter pants. Also there're nice cowboy boots which would look good with this skin.

Very nice suit but how about making it an .oiv file so it's more easy to install also making this suit compatible with the flash scriipt mod (so being able to have him as an ally or enemy) would be awesome
