FOLLOW INSTRUCTION
1. Open OpenIV And Click The Edit Mode
2. Use OpenIV and navigate to mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data\cdimages\scaleform_fronted.rpf\
3. Take the file "loadingscreen_startup.ytd" from the "Anime Load" Folder And throw it in OpenIV (Same thing to Backup)
4. Lunch GTA 5 And Enjoy
