sometimes when I shoot a ped they just fall down to the ground no stumbling or anything its just like a gmod ragdoll

Bug: tripping over a body causes walking to break, and character walks sideways, other NPCs can break too and start walking sideways.

@weezer you are supposed to put it in your mods folder. if you dont have one make one called "mods".

NPCs in the game become weaker, just need to shoot 1 bullet in the limbs and die. Is there any way to fix this?
