Private Island with Military Base by RAECXNASH v1.0 [Menyoo]
This add-on menyoo map mod adds a private island on a big island off the shore of Paleto Bay. The island has a small home on the west side. A large forest to the North. A large 9 storey building to the north of the forest. Military Base to the south side of the island.

FEATURES
-Small House made of Stone/Marble Slabs. The entire house exterior is covered in grass.
-Helipad on top of house. Chrome luxury helicopter on helipad.
-Luxury furniture inside the house.
-24 hour FIB Security with heavy armed guards and guard dogs.
-1 to 2 boat size marina on north, Marina gates are locked, drive boat into marina very fast to lock it inside. Staircase to exit marina.
-Tollbooth with guards in every entrance to the island.
-Bridge to connect island to Paleto Bay. (little tricky to get on bridge)
-Heavily Armed Marines in a line on guard duty.
-Follow large plants to the forest. Large forest with cows, deers, rabbits, security dogs. Follow pine trees in forest to get to Services Building. Large 9 storey building which provides electricity to building and water supply. (not really, but on top it has electricity pylons and water tower)
-Follow forest trees halfway, turn right, this takes you to the Private Military Base, which has the island's own private army, a runway, a Titan aircraft, a VTOL Hydra Fighter Jet, a SAVAGE Combat Helicopter, Emergency Vehicles, Quadbikes, Military ground transport, military trucks, cranes and its own docks. Which is home to a large private yacht, and a special staircase to get on the yacht.
-The island is completely lit at night with its many large street lights.
INSTALLATION
First you need to have installed [Menyoo PC by Mafins]. An amazing mod menu which has its own map editor/object spawner (object spooner). Download Menyoo PC here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp
Menyoo requires Alexander Blade's Script Hook V plugin, if you haven't already downloaded, here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/script-hook-v
Once you've downloaded and installed Menyoo, copy the file PRIVATE ISLAND_RAECXNASH.xml to GTA V Main Game Folder/Menyoo/Object Spooner.
Now launch the game GTA V.
-Once you can start playing GTA V, press F8.
-Select Object Spooner using num keys (Num 8 for up, Num 2 for down, Num 5 for select). If you can't select, you probably have Num Lock on or off, press Num Lock on keyboard.
-In Object Spooner, goto Manage Saved Files, then select PRIVATE ISLAND_RAECXNASH.xml .
-Then select, Load Placements, wait for the mod to load, and you will be teleported there. And done! Have fun exploring my mod! :)
You have to load it everytime you restart the game.
It's not permanent.
The steps might seem like a lot of trouble, but it's just starting the game, loading a file, and then waiting for it to load.
README is included with the .zip
