This one crashed my game for some reason, which is weird because other maps worked. I double-checked to make sure I had everything in the right places on OpenIV.

@dub2k8 at this location there are generally many props from R* maybe you don't have enough memory?

Im usually not really the guy to write comments under mods but now i just feel the need to do it.
This is once again an absolute masterpiece. I just have to thank you for putting so much work into these maps and then even uploading them for free... as there are a few maps with similar quality to yours but they cost something like 250 € which isnt even an option for me. You are - in my opinion - the best map maker in the gta 5 mods community but not only because of your really big projects like Malibu Mansion or your Designer House but also because of Maps like this one where you put a lot of effort into a rather small club that gives you this beautiful feeling and vibe of an actual beach club. I also really enjoy your Modern Wood House with the rain drops on the windows for this nice and cozy feeling you actually get inside a house on those rainy nights. And the best part - a lot of your mods are just a Sp Addon. So literally all you have to do is drag and drop one folder and add one line into your dlc list(a few maps also need Menyoo for the teleports but thats no problem since most people myself included use Menyoo anyways as their mod menu)... its so much better then having to install map editor and unlock all objects and all the requirements to finally install something only to find out you have 20 FPS when you load the map(my Pc isnt really the best). All of that said is there a way to donate money to you? I dont have the money to do it right now but really want to support your creations in the future when its possible for me.

in the future i plan to set up "Buy Me a Coffee" or something, then you can support me 100% free! i also don't plan to charge money for my projects in the future, why should i? people have forgotten what modding used to be...
