i did exactly in the read me and the vehicle does not exist. Is the file supposed to go into a patch day or am i to just drop it into the dlcpacks, currently its just in the dlclist file under the patchdays. i tried putting the .xml into the latest patchday and that didnt work either

@Chovice lights bar as extra. try to spam the car seceral times.
wmotorcop_mods.rpf not need if you have original car (not police version), i probably forgot delete this from archive.
if you need a tuning, download original version and copy section from carcols.meta which is responsible for tuning and paste it to archive : )
