why not just make it an addon?

@Marksman Well some people like to replace cruisers so that their edited vehicles can spawn without editing any dispatch.meta or traffic files. But you could easily convert it to addon

Not to mention FIB vehicles do not spawn in vanilla GTA unless special circumstances are in play. So the player would require mods regardless to have their FIB vehicles spawn.

@Marksman I didn't say that. Don't put words in my mouth. What I am saying is that some people may not like the default FIB Granger in the "FBI2" slot. Replacement vehicles are good for people like me who make cutscene character swaps. As an example I took a police stanier from "11john11"'s LSPD Pack and had it replace Michael's personal vehicle so that when I did the finale kill Michael cutscene it had a police cruiser with my GTA:O character instead of Michael's car.

The 2 FIB vehicles in the base game (FBI and FBI2) are used in many cutscenes which you as far as I know cannot change what models of cars cutscenes use unsell you replace said vehicle. Most addon cars when used as a replacement will have broken textures with the interior which can be annoying.

Anyways you're allowed to have your own thoughts on this mod same as I am and I get you wanting addon vehicles, as we don't all play the game the same way I do with all my cutscene edit stuff since that's kinda all I do in SP.
