EARLIER it was the sound of my own Dump Valve in GTA 4 (made a sound mod) but converted it to GTA5
Feeling generous to share my mod...
This is my very first mod I made, It is final and will not be updated.
This mod replace the ''DUMP_VALVE'' file in resident in sfx the file is IN vehicles.awc
I Give you the vehicles.awc that I have wit the dump valve file, never had any problem with that.
Tried to make it Louder but when it reaches a certain DECIBEL it in game ''cancels'' every of the vehicles.awc sounds...
So here it is the loudest I could do Flutter sound !
It does work on everycar , since you need to buy from Los Santos custom a turbo for your car, or get your car a turbo via trainer.
THE MORE THE CAR BOOSTS, LOUDER YOU'LL HEAR IT !!!!!

I RECOMMEND YOU TO BACK UP YOUR FILES EVEN IF IT WON'T F**K ANYTHING.
INSTALLATION :
1-open IV
2-go to: GTAV / x64 / audio / SFX / RESIDENT.rpf
3-clik editmode when you've click Resident.rpf
4-Search for the file that is named vehicles.awc
5-replace it with the one I've linked in the .rar file
6-Launch the game and enjoy , very simple huhh!?
7-In game , get a turbo
If you use it online I'm in no way responsible if you get ban (blablabla)
I don't support online.
I'm non responsible if it f*cks any kind of way your game by crashing.

@GuessWhosBack hey im trying to mod it myself as you told me, but when i try the sound doesnt play and it cuts a couple of other sounds to,, any idea what the problem might be?
@alexthedriftslayer if the sound was correctly imported (format:mono/16 with XX XXX hz) , and your sounds being cut in game, it is because the decibel is too high, try to lower it and test it t'ill it does work..... Actually this is why i'm not updating or planing to do any other sound mods, tried to make "antilag/ 2step" back fires but it didn't worked very well.. Sorry to tell you but its kinda try and check ...

and did the length of the sound matter anything?
@alexthedriftslayer sadly, I was working with Sony Vegas, no precise dB , I tried it f*cks, lowered the dP ,till the bov and every sounds work in-game..it is try and troubleshoot :/
