Also, the rating system is meant to denote the quality of the mod, not to 'punish' bugs. If a mod is truly broken, just report it, and we will investigate, and mark it as such, should it be true. Otherwise, simply try asking for a fix, sans the punitive attitude; especially since the cause of bugs is often rather unclear, and may well fall outside the scope of the mod in question itself (simply a lack of system resources, for instance).
