@Son of God you may have other mods with same tuning / modkit id, the conflict make the tuning options disappear for the vehicle with same ids, I tested again and the tuning options are working

@Son of God It must be something with your gta, I tested it using menyoo for the tuning, also I did the same dlc addon structure I always do, I'm using latest gtav version, if you see after the photos there are two videos, the last is a guy testing with menyoo and he can change exhaust and fenders, he decided not to change liveries (bennys option) but the option is working
Thank you for this mod, I have been waiting for this motorcycle to be made. It is really well done, the model and the liveries (especially the Top Gun ones) are on point. Keep up the work.

Could you can make a mod of the Dune truck from GTA SA ?
When is some more cars from Mafia series you should do the Smith Custom 200 from Mafia 2 and Samson Rhino from Mafia 3
