This is the Schafter from Grand Theft Auto IV converted for Grand Theft Auto V.
It's my first mod for GTA V, used in learning the process of modding a car into GTA V.
Features:
Full LOD models from GTA IV
High quality
Working lights
All moving parts work correctly
Bugs/Issues - No animated meters or steering wheel.
INSTALLATION:
Use OpenIV program, navigate to GTA V Folder > x64e.rpf > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf
replace the yft files and close OpenIV
No handling edits needed, but you can use an edited handling line if you want to.

@Jonathan6506 As I put in the description I used this to learn the process of modding cars into GTA V. I wasn't aware of the IVPack until now also.
