Sometimes the wheels for the Cars ontop Spawn .In order to spawn the Cars u need Menyoo.

How you put that wheels on cars?
@TCatalin You Cant put the F1 Wheels on non openwheel cars in gta 5 .At least as far i know.And the Mod is NOT for the F1 Wheels .This Mod is just an R88 or an PR4 with anohter car ontop.
