A military truck converted into a work truck converted into a tractor-trailer unit. It can't tow much, but it's got heart. Do not attempt to tow an American trailer with this vehicle. Seriously don't. We tried.

- Barely enough power to make it over a speedbump

Installation:
1. Take the "spvetirs" folder from the archive and place it into mods/udpdate/x64/dlcpacks
2. Copy the line "dlcpacks:/spvetirs/" into your dlclist.xml which is located in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data

I don't know why no one has come up with the idea of converting the truck into a flatbed or tipper, it certainly has potential :)
