@cooljmac no, its probably the modkit id is conflicting with ur other mod, try changing the modkit value on carcol and carvariation

@muzazipr BINGO you rock, i had no clue. Just changed from 900 to 901 and they show up now.
Hey, never used a mod before. Ive some problems with this one.
1.Put "scdtm" folder in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks (<<** this directory does not exist for me after "update-folder", you sure you dont mean "...\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks" ??)
2.Add this line -> dlcpacks:\scdtm\ to the dlclist.xml (mods\update\update.rpf\common\data) (<<** again is this directory correct? I do not have "\common\data" inside my "mods\update" dir. I also do not have a file named "dlclist.xml" in my whole GTAV dir. )
ok I sorted it out after finding a helpful YT video. Strange that I cant remove my own comment. Feel free to remove it.
@muzazipr where exactly do i find the carcol/carvariation?
