X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Use OpenIV go to:
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
right click edit, add new line
dlcpacks:/sdspeedrocket/

-Color changeable halos light halos [interior color]
-switched engine to a bati 801 engine
-added race wheel in car
-Added racing seats in car
-speed handling
-exhaust was switch to a bati exhaust
-carbon fiber door handels
-carbon fiber mirrors
-carbon fiber race spoiler
- switch rims to a new style to fit look
