This is an ambulance version of the insurgent.
How to install:
SP version:
1. Go to gta5>mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>patchday4ng>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf.
2. Replace the files.
You can open this path with OpenIV.
FiveM Version:
1. Put the insurgent2 folder into the resource folder.
2. Write into the server.cfg: start insurgent2

Do not reupload without permission.

this brings a whole new meaning to tactical medics
you should create textures for all of the hospital and the fire department incuding sanfire... and make a special tatical emergency medical service or TEMS (for short)
