How to install
1. navigate to "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/"
create a new folder called "pts21" and place this "dlc.rpf" file inside that folder
2. export "dlclist.xml" from "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/" to your desktop with OpenIV
open the file with any text editor, add the following line to the end:
dlcpacks:\pts21\
3. Import "dlclist.xml" again to the path mentioned above using OpenIV
4. Done, use any trainer to spawn the car
car spawn name : pts21

@Abolfazldanaee bro, amazing job well done! only two issues: The reversed indicator lights in first person dashboard, and in vanilla and visualV graphics, there is an unrealistic corona in the middle of the tail light strip (extremely annoying). The tail light problem is non-existent in other graphics mods such as NaturalVision. Please fix these two bugs. Apart from that the car is PERFECT! Thanks in advance.

amazing mod, only quarrel is that it gets dirty REALLY fast... like i removed the dirt while i was inside bennys with a trainer, drove out of benny's, and it already looked like someone sharted on the left side of my car
