When I scroll through the list of routes, this buses don't change skins. How to fix it?
My mistake, I didn't understand logic of this mods, it turns out everything works. You just won't be able to activate the alarm on a stolen car, but on your car or stolen bike, which can't be hacked, saving is activated. In addition, I assigned E key instead of "Context" in Persistence.ini file and now everything nice, there is no conflict. It took time to test everything on different machines and figure it out.
"Persistence II 1.6" are great mod, but conflicts with another useful mod - "Lockpicking and Hotwiring", car save function does not work when pressing E button. Is there a way to fix this?

The menu is opened by pressing the F4 button or RB+Y, which causes a conflict, so you need to assign a new button in ScriptHookVDotNet.ini - F6
Which button opens the menu?
NumPad 8 - Up, NumPad 2 - Down
But why is there no description of control button? Which buttons are responsible for lifting and lowering loads?
Has anyone seen 1.0.3442.0 version?
