@Damian I think I may have figured out what's wrong. It seems that some of my settings in ENT is interfering with your mod which is no problem now since I reset all settings to default.
@Daimian Any solution/explanation for why the cops on-foot won't attack me or why cops in patrol vehicles will only slowly drive?

@tuankhai Looks good but the legs are overlapping one another during walking/jogging/running animation.
@Hunk For the backpack menu #1, which button/key do I have to hold onto? And is there a way for me to change both keys to something more simple like F1?
