I'm going to say for a development car it has far too many issues for it to be the "best of them all"
1. There are a huge amount of textures missing from the .ytd/hi+.ytd. This will cause issues for anyone who uses this model because without textures the model is unusable.
2. All the edits you made are poorly done, sloppy, and rushed.
3. The model wasn't exported properly by you, so now anyone who uses it will either be forced to use incorrect LODs or go through and redo all the LODs by hand.
4. The tire texture is extremely messed up. It looks like it's mapped to two different textures.
5. The LODs are extremely messed up.
6. The credits provided are very vague and poor. If someone releases with this model it would probably get a strike for incorrect credits.
Overall this model does not seem like the "best of them all," but rather a re-upload of Murphy's 2011 Development Crown Victoria with poorly made edits that will prevent most developers from using it. I give it a 1/5 because this model is essentially useless as a development model.
@Devinkan, How exactly is this 100% accurate? You have an incorrect setup on your FS Valor, wrong pushbar lights, wrong rambar, Zero interior equipment besides a gun rack and partition, no antennas, the skin looks like it was done by a third grader in MS paint (I mean seriously it clips in multiple places, bad and uneven placement, and generally very sloppy), and what looks like CVPI rims on a caprice. Besides the multiple inaccuracies it looks to me that you spent all of about maybe an hour (being generous) making this model. The car is over 400k polys which is over 6 times as much as an average default car, and that is completely unacceptable. Next there are absolutely zero LODs for the model. The L1 is an exact copy of the L0, and there nothing for LODs 2-4, so doing the "meta fix" won't work and will most likely cause game crashes.
I'm sorry, but I'm going to be brutally honest here and say I think this is one of your worst models you have released because there's no effort here what so ever, far to many inaccuracies, and really just poorly made.
