i was unsuccessful in installing this, followed all manual steps correctly. am I not allowed to use this in fivem? if I install the oiv package to the mods folder, there is an error. if I install it to the game folder, it succeeds but does not do anything in fivem. my regular gta 5 does not launch, fivem is essentially my only option.
My regular gta 5 doesn't launch, even before I modded it and my only choice was to use fivem, butttttt, it still doesn't do anything, the blood is still the same is regular gta blood
