@DryNites Read the read-me. It works fine if you use the correct meshes.
ChaserEraser, You can do whatever you like, I stopped playing GTA5 almost 2 years ago because I got tired of dealing with Rockstar. This goes for anyone, for all items I've uploaded.
To little to late Take-Two, you're on my do not purchase list now... Plenty of other games to spend my money on.
@TheLoneWolf293 I'm beginning to suspect billarball is either a bot or a slightly retarded 12 year old with his cut and paste answers...
@billiarball, this is the 3rd upload of mine I've found that you've given me half a star because it's too hard for you to install. No one else seem to be having any issues with it. Does mommy and daddy need to take away you internet privileges again? Maybe you should go back to playing on PS4.
@billiarball, half a star? you've trolled about half of my uploads recently which are as simple as a person can make when multiple authors files are needed. Sorry I can't dumb it down any further...
@billiarball, explain to me exactly HOW I could make this simpler? Thero does NOT want his meshes uploaded anywhere but from his page, I gave detailed information on how to install it, it's one ytd. file and one line of information in the vehicles.meta. I even supplied open dds. images in case someone didn't want to install all ten images so they could pick and choose which ones they did want.
@Norm68, sorry if I dumbed it down to much, I don't know your skillset. Your flags line should look like this:
<flags>FLAG_HAS_LIVERY FLAG_EXTRAS_REQUIRE FLAG_EXTRAS_STRONG FLAG_PEDS_CAN_STAND_ON_TOP FLAG_GEN_NAVMESH FLAG_DONT_SPAWN_AS_AMBIENT</flags>
@Norm68, No one has the same vehicles.meta, mine currently has 236 alterations to it, which would crash your game because you don't have the same mods as I do.
In Open VI, just go to the header bar, click tools, when the drop down window opens, click search. A new window will open, type in vehicles.meta. in the window and make sure the search area: is looking in the mod's folder then click search. One of the first ones should be the correct one. (mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5/vehicles.meta)
Drag it to your desktop and open it with notebook++. In notebook++ go to it's header bar and click search, then click find. A new window will open, in the find what: area, type in <modelName>trailers3</modelName> then click find next, that will take you to the proper area of the file. Scroll down until you see the <flags> line then type in FLAG_HAS_LIVERY after <flags> making sure you have the underscores and spaces between the flags correct. Click save, close notebook++, drag the file back into Open IV and you're done.
All 10 versions will randomly spawn in place of the 3 versions of the vanilla trailers.
