this mod is not working for me i have all latest files have files dropped in scripts folder mod not working, turned up values is .ini file still no work

only some of the police cars have the badges and some do not.
requesting option to give all bodyguards a selected weapon and to make all bodyguards invincible when selecting invincibility. also a confirmation text would be nice too
