For ppl who wondering why fleeca banks is closed - you need go there daytime. Im not 100% sure when its opening and when closing but if u go from 9ish to 17ish its should be opened.

@Kevin56436 dont know exactly but one of the first versions maybe 1st or second. i seen comment that someone told that clouds look wierd but i liked how it looked b4. after last update i cleaned up my mods so i lost it
