i am new to gta v mods - i've downloaded openiv and followed your instructions exacly, but it doesn't seem to work. I activated edit mode, installed what it said should be installed, ran it as administrator. Finally, after all that, i managed to open it and it was on a list inside 'player 2'.
It does not install, it's just there, and some of the files seem to be jpeg and are seperated from the other files, the other bands.
Is there any other way i don't know of that works? Thank you
