Why must we download anothe large zip, in order to read a ''readme'' text???

I have tried at least 3 other gameconfigs from other modders and all worked fine with tons of addons! I am on 1.0.11800.2.
This needs an update in order to work with the latest v1.0.1180.2

I really like that car, BUT:
Inside the rar there is a readme that has a link to mediafire for supposedely the add-on method of Veneno. As it seems though when i downloaded it, is 219mb in size and contains an WRONG readme and a vansmods.rpf, that when installed, it has 6 cars and not with their correct real names!!
Can you explain it vans??
idk about how many add-ons i can add just yet, but this gameconfig doesn't lead to crash or infinite loading screen. THX
I have gta 5 V1.0.1180.2, but when i replace my original gameconfig with yours, the game crashes as soon as the loading screen pops up...
