Didn't work for me. When I put the coords i'm inside the building, but there's no doors to exit and when i NoClip out the area. I am near the airport. Once I go to the location, there's no MLO at Grove St Store.

Ymap is nice! Only thing the kitchen glitches out by the vending machines.
Good map! Only thing is the cars tires from vehicles in the parking lot are under the map and Locals be stuck in the area especially when they're doing U-turns.
Good job! Can you fix the 2 cabinets and garage door is walkable to go through map?
On fivem version, the front door is glitched out. Doesn't let you enter/exit. You'd have to noclip inside to see the room
On Fivem version, the entrance doors are glitched so you can't go inside without noclip. Once your inside going up the stairs when you walk to the right side lounges that has small downstairs steps it glitches from entering so you have to jump over the invisible wall/object and then you're walking in air. Other than those glitches, love this MLO!
Great MLO, one of the garage doors doesn't close fully. It stays a quarter open.
Glitches around the outside building blocking pedestrians walking by and inside the building it glitches as well.
