Maybe that's why it looks "bad" on other gameengines.

@Unsearchably I don't know what you mean it looks bad.If you are running GTA V on max settings ,it should look good.If you mean the model is not like the other 500K poly ones on the site,yes it is not.Cyberpunk runs quite differently from GTA V,it relies much more heavily on tesselation to improve it's models.Also there were no "textures" for the model.CP77 uses color information from a 64x64 texture for diffuse maps.
